How do I apply for a loan?

What are the key conditions for the Business Loan?

Your business should be operational for a min of one (1) year and you should have a checking account (CA) that has been active for at least one (1) year. See required documents


How long will it take for my application to be processed?

In Manila, the process takes approx. 7-15 banking days after submission of all the requirements. Depending on the province, it takes approximately 15 banking days – 1 month.

How do I find out if my loan application has been approved?

Your sales agent will contact you as soon as it has been approved.

How do I pay for my amortization?

Payment is done through submission of PDC’s (post-dated cheques) upon release of the loan.

How do I apply for a renewal/addition?

Submit your latest bank statements for at least two months with original used cheques or microfilm.

Can I take out a personal loan?


Is it possible to take out a loan without a checking account?


What is your interest rate?

Interest rate is subject to board approval. The rates may vary depending on the loan amount and term length.

Is there an Application fee?


Is there a Processing or service fee?

Yes, to be deducted from the loan proceeds.
